Prima Uno have successfully been providing a contract of cost engineer and planner resources since 2021.

This provides expertise in project controls, planning and cost engineering using recognised best practice in project controls, ensuring correct application of EVM, identifying developing project control issues, advising project teams of project controls performance issues, ensuring costs are correctly aligned with programme phases, activities and duration, providing mentorship of resource to result in upskilling in projects controls and production of baseline and detailed working level programmes and associated costs.

Prima Uno were successful in re-securing the framework contract for Provision of Cost Engineer, Planner & Estimator Resources in August 2023.
