Prima Uno were successful in securing this five year framework in September 2022. It consists of resource support for disciplines such as Contract Management, Project and Programme Management, Estimating, Scheduling, Cost Engineering and Risk.

Prima Uno have seconded subject matter experts in project controls to develop project control procedures to align to AWE business model. We created a planning, risk management and change control procedure.  

The project is delivered on an NEC 3 Professional Services contract. The contract ismanaged by a Prima Uno Framework Manager.
