UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) Fusion Foundation Framework

Prima Uno have been providing a project delivery framework to UKAEA since March 2022. This is a Project Delivery framework for the scope of supporting UKAEA projects with Project and Programme Managers, Schedulers/Planners, Cost Engineers and Risk Managers, also, specialist work such as programme and cost assurance. This is a highly regulated sector, and some projects are on the major projects directorate and under government scrutiny. They are complex decommissioning projects and new Fusion reactors such as the Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production (STEP) plant which will pave the way to enable future commercial fusion energy plants to be commissioned and constructed. The STEP programme is government backed and will develop the science and technology capabilities nationally.

We are working with the client on an NEC 3 Professional Services contract. The contract is managed by a Prima Uno Framework Manager.
